Many customers stopped by the booth to learn more about the talented Folk Artist Linda Standing. She likes to recycle and often paints on ceramic tiles that have been leftover from renovations.

The ceramic tile, Farmyard Friends, sold as soon as the MAG Show & Sale opened! The painting went home with a thrilled customer, who owns a farm, and will be displaying it in her log cabin. 10"x10" SOLD
An Amazing Collection of Linda Standing's Folk Art
It is evident in this display that Linda Standing has a deep appreciation for animals, farming and nature. A common theme in her work is about old fashioned community living, where everyone works together. Quilting, building bird houses, swimming on a hot day and frolicking in the snow are scenes that she enjoys painting.
So Many Choices
Customers, with a smile on their face, stood close and examined the details of the paintings for a long time. Hungry Geese, Pumpkins for Sale, and Bringing Home the Sap were quick sellers.
Sharing a Booth
Linda Standing worked with a good friend, and they decided to share their booths. This created a welcoming and wide open space for viewing the folk art paintings. The MAG Show & Sale was a success and many paintings were sold.
